THIS AGREEMENT IS DEEMED TO BE ENTERED IN TEXAS AND YOU AND INFINITE CHORUS NONPROFIT HEREBY IRREVOCABLY CONSENT TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED IN TEXAS FOR SUCH DISPUTES. ALL LITIGATION ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE BROUGHT IN COURTS LOCATED IN TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS. THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS DOES NOT APPLY TO THIS AGREEMENT.
